R D E R:
The
VC&MD, APMDC has brought to the notice of the Government that according to
the G.O 1st read above, the tender duration for sale of Barytes
mineral is 3 years and yearly escalation
is 5%. Due to this unscientific way of fixing of sale price of Barytes which
shall not compare with international market price, the Corporation is unable to
capture better value based on market
value of Barytes prevailing in global markets.

Hence, this matter was examined and it is proposed to constitute a
Technical Committee to identify all the loopholes and deficiencies prevailed in
the sale of Barytes during the last one decade since issue of G.O.Ms. No. 296,
dated 04.12.2004.
3. Government after careful examination of
the proposal, hereby constitute the Technical Committee with the following
officers with immediate effect, to identify the loopholes and deficiencies of the G.O 1st read
above and submit their Report within 30 days from the date of issue of this
order, to the Cabinet Sub- Committee constituted vide ref. 2nd read
above:
1.
Sri Manish Maindatta, Deputy Controller of Mines, IBM, Hyd
2.
Sri A.Sangameswara Rao, former Secretary General, MEAI,
3.
Sri K.C.L Narasimha Reddy, JDM&G, O/o DM&G, GoAP, Hyd.
4.
Sri V. Madhavan, Chartered Accountant.
4. Sri H.D Nagaraja, Executive Director, M/s
APMDC Ltd shall act as Convenor of the above committee.
