O R D E R:-

After careful examination of the request of Smt. M.S. Padma Kumari, Secretary, Andhra

Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad and keeping in view the remarks of the State

Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, A.P. Hyderabad in the references 6 th , 8 th and 10 th read

above and the consent given by the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad

in the reference 7 th read above, Government hereby post Ms. M.S. Padmakumari, Secretary,

APVVP, Hyderabad, as Additional State Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan in the O/o the

State Project Director, Serva Siksha Abhiyan, A.P., Hyderabad , on deputation basis, initially for

a period of two years, from the date of taking charge of the post, as per the terms and

conditions stipulated in the reference 1 st read above.

2. The State Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, A.P., Hyderabad, who is the borrowing

authority shall pay Leave Salary and Pension Contribution to the parent department of the

above Officer on deputation, as per order issued vide G.O. 3 rd read above, as Sarva Siksha

Abhiyan getting more than 50% grant from the Government of India funds.

3. The Principal Secretary, HM & FW Department, AP. Secretariat, Hyderabad, is requested

to relieve the individual, so as to enable the individual to join in her new post.

4. The State Project Director, Sarva Siksha Abhiyan, A.P., Hyderabad, is requested to take

necessary action accordingly.

. In pursuance of the Recognition granted by the National Council for Teacher

Education, Bangalore, vide reference 1 st read above and Affiliation granted by

Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapuram, Government hereby grant permission to

S.V.College, Kadiri, Anantapur Dist Andhra Pradesh, for conducting B.P.Ed Course

of one (1) year duration, with an annual intake of 100 students for the Academic

Year 2014-15 subject to rectification of discrepancies, with in a stipulated period of

four months by the Management of subject college.

2.  The above permission for the Academic Year 2014-15 to S.V.College, Kadiri,

Anantapur Dist Andhra Pradesh is granted subject to fulfillment of Rules &

Conditions stipulated by the National Council for Teacher Education, Bangalore in

the reference 1 st read above and also by the State Government from time to time.

The Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, is responsible

for monitoring the S.V. College, Kadiri, Anantapuram, Andhra Pradesh to adhere to

these rules and specifications and rectification of discrepancies mentioned by the

Commissioner & Director of School Education. Any violation of above fulfillment of

inadequancies in the stipulated time, stringent action shall be initiated against the

subject college.

given by the Correspondent, Sri Datta College of Physical Education,

Veldurthi, Kurnool District in the reference 2 nd read above, Government hereby grant

permission to Sri Datta College of Physical Education, Veldurthi, Kurnool District,

Andhra Pradesh, for conducting B.P.Ed Course of one (1) year duration, with

an annual intake of 100 students for the Academic Year 2014-15, subject to

rectification of discrepancies, pointed out by Regional Joint Director of School

Education, Kadapa during his inspection report with in a stipulated period of four

months by the Management of subject college.
