ORDER:

In the reference first read above, comprehensive guidelines were issued for implementation of Self Employment Schemes / Economic Support Schemes for the benefit of poor SC families and others for their socio-economic upliftment, during the year 2013-2014.

2. The Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Telangana Scheduled Castes Cooperative Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad in the reference 2^nd read above, have submitted revised guidelines for implementation of Self Employment Schemes / Economic Support Schemes for the benefit of poor SC families.

3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby orders that the guidelines issued in the reference 1^st read above shall be followed during 2014-15 also for the implementation of self employment / economic support schemes being implemented by the Telangana Scheduled Cooperative Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, subject to the following modifications:

(a) Age limit in respect of beneficiaries under Agricultural and allied sectors shall range from 21-60 years

(b) Item “c (II)” under “2. Selection of Beneficiaries under the economic support schemes” viz., “Three Social workers of which one is a women to be nominated by the Minister in charge of the District”, of reference 1^st read above, shall be deleted.

4. The Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Telangana Scheduled Castes Cooperative Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad in the reference 3^rd read above, have submitted the draft SC Action Plan 2014-15 for approval. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby approves the Policy for 2014-15 as follows:
