Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department – Establishment of
Municipal Commissioners – Posting of Sri.N.Kanaka Rao, Sanitary Supervisor,
Tirupathi Municipal Corporation, Tirupathi as Municipal Commissioner, Sulurpet
Municipality on OD basis – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of
Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference 1st read above,
Government after careful examination of the matter and in exigency of
administration, hereby post Sri.N.Kanaka Rao, Sanitary Supervisor, Tirupathi
Municipal Corporation, Tirupathi as Municipal Commissioner, Sulurpet
Municipality in the existing vacancy on OD basis. Government further order that
the individual will continue to draw his salary in the place from where he has
been drawn to work as Municipal Commissioner on OD basis.
2. The individual is not entitled for TTA/DA as the above postings are on OD
basis and are purely temporarily on administrative grounds.
3. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P.,
Hyderabad / Commissioner, Tirupathi Municipal Corporation, Tirupathi shall take
necessary action accordingly.

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department – IKP-Urban (MEPMA) –
Extension of deputation period of Sri K. Vidyadhar, Additional Director (Town
Planning) working as Additional Mission Director, MEPMA, Hyderabad on deputation
basis on his own pay for a further period of one more year w.e.f. 7.7.2012 – Orders –
Issued.



O R D E R :
The Mission Director, MEPMA, Hyderabad in his reference 3rd read above, has
reported that the Government in the G.O. 1st read above, issued orders posting Sri
K.Vidyadhar, Joint Director of Town and Country Planning as Additional Mission
Director, O/o the Mission Director, MEPMA, Hyderabad on deputation basis, on his own
pay, initially for a period of one year and officer has joined as Additional Mission
Director, MEPMA, Hyderabad on 07.07.2010. He has also reported that the deputation
period of the officer has been extended for a further period of one from 07.07.2011 vide
reference 2nd read above and that the deputation period of the officer will be expired by
06.07.2012.
2. The MD, MEPMA in his letter 3rd read above, has further informed that the
services of Sri K. Vidyadhar, working as Additional Mission Director, in the O/o MD,
MEPMA Hyderabad on deputation basis are required and therefore requested to extend
the deputation period of K. Vidyadhar, Additional Mission Director for a further period of
2 years w.e.f. 07.07.2012 under foreign terms and condition of Government.
3. After careful consideration, the Government hereby extend the deputation period
of K. Vidyadhar, Additional Director (Town Planning) working as Additional Mission
Director, in the office of the Mission Director, MEPMA, Hyderabad on his own pay, for a
further period of one year w.e.f. 07.07.2012 under foreign service terms and conditions
of the Government.
4. The Mission Director, IKP-Urban (MEPMA), Hyderabad shall take action
accordingly.
