High Court of Andhra Pradesh - Oath of Office – Appointment of Hon’ble Sri
Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose, the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of
Andhra Pradesh to administer oath or affirmation to Shri Chagari Praveen
Kumar and Shri Mamidanna Satya Ratna Sri Ramachandra Rao on their
appointment as Additional Judges of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh -

Under article 219 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra
Pradesh hereby appoints the Hon’ble Sri Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose, the
Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, as the
person before whom (i) Shri Chagari Praveen Kumar and (ii) Shri
Mamidanna Satya Ratna Sri Ramachandra Rao, who have been appointed as
Additional Judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court shall make and
subscribe an oath or affirmation, according to the form set out for the
purpose in the Third Schedule to the Constitution of India, before they enter
upon their offices.

Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of XI Additional District and
Sessions Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar - Orders - Issued.
Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
(Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
dated:6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint Smt. V.Sarala
Reddy, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of XI Additional
District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar for a period
of (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till expiry of the term of
the above said Fast Track Court or till termination of her services, whichever is
earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only)
per month. The conditions of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed in
accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O. first read above.

COURTS - Appointment of Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class in
SPSR Nellore District – Orders - Issued.
ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Registrar (General), High Court
of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter first read above and after careful
examination of the matter the Government hereby appoint the following
candidates mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Judicial
Magistrates of Second Class, in SPSR Nellore District, for a period of two (2)
years from the date of assuming the charge of the post or till they attain the
age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of
Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two thousand five hundred only) per month, as per the
existing rules.

2. The Registrar (General), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is

3. Accordingly, the following Notification will be published in an
Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of
section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974), the
Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the following candidates
mentioned in column (2) of the Table below for the place mentioned in
column (3) thereof as Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class, in SPSR
Nellore District, for a period of two (2) years from the date of assuming the
charge of the post or till they attain the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier,
with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.2,500/- (Two thousand five hundred
only) per month, as per the existing rules.

4. The above appointments are subject to the following conditions,
namely:
(a) If any of the individual refuses or does not join within (15)
days from the date of issue of the notification, they shall forfeit
their claim to the post of Special Judicial Magistrate of Second
Class;
(b) They will be removed without being called upon to show cause,
if they failed to attend three consecutive sittings of the Court,
without written permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of
the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri
Chagari Praveen Kumar and (ii) Shri Mamidanna Satya Ratna Sri
Ramachandra Rao, to be Additional Judges of the Andhra Pradesh High
Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect
from the dates they assumes charge of their respective offices.
