In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj
and Rural Employment, Hyderabad, in the reference 2nd read above,
Government hereby transfer Sri D.V.Ramana, EO(PR&RD), from MPP.,
Rampachodavaram E.G.Dist., to MPP Uppalaguptam of same District in
relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in the reference 1st read above.


2. The individual is not eligible for TTA/DA and joining time as the
transfer is on his own request.


3. The Commissioner Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment,
Hyderabad/Chief Executive Officer ZPP., East Godavari district shall take
necessary further action in the matter accordingly.


4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (DCM-III)
Department vide their U.O. No. 15070/445/A1/DCM-III/2012, Dated
31.05.2012,
