ORDER:
In the reference third read above, Govt. issued orders for upgradation of
Padmavathamma Govt. School of Nursing attached to SVRR GGH, Tirupathi
into Sri Padmavathamma Govt. College of Nursing, Tirupathi subject to
fulfillment of requirements of eligibility stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.145, HM&FW
(M2) Deptartment Dt.18-05-1998 and the statutes of Dr. N.T.R University of
Health Sciences, Vijayawada.
2. In the reference fourth read above, the DME has submitted proposals for
creation of certain teaching and non-teaching posts on regular, contract and
out-sourcing basis and therefore requested for administrative sanction for
creation of the posts for smooth running of Sri Padmavathamma Govt. College
of Nursing, Tirupathi.
3. The Health Medical & Family Welfare (K1) Department, has therefore
proposed to sanction the teaching and non-teaching posts on regular, contract
and out-sourcing basis for smooth running of Sri Padmavathamma Govt.
College of Nursing, Tirupathi.
4. The Government after careful consideration of above proposal of Health
Medical & Family Welfare (K1) Department, hereby accord sanction for creation
of following posts in Sri Padmavathamma Govt. College of Nursing, Tirupathi.

outsourcing basis to Government College of Nursing with B.Sc (Nursing)
Course in MGM.Hospital, Warangal – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
In the reference second read above, Govt. issued orders according
administrative sanction for construction of buildings to New Government
Nursing Colleges at Kurnool and Warangal with an amount of Rs.480.00 lakhs
and Rs.570.00 lakhs respectively.
2. In the reference third read above, Govt. issued orders for issue of
Essentiality Certificate / No objection Certificate to start a new Government
Nursing College with B.Sc., (Nursing) course, in MGM .Hospital, Warangal with
an intake capacity of hundred (100) students, in anticipation of sanction of
teaching and non-teaching posts, since buildings have already been
constructed and inaugurated, subject to fulfillment of requirements of eligibility
stipulated in G.O. Ms. No. 145, HM & FW (M2) Dept. dated 18-5-1998, the
statutes of Dr. N.T.R University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada and approval of
Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and orders issued by the State Government
from time to time and subject to condition that the Director of Medical Education
shall manage to depute the persons required for running the college from
other Nursing Colleges or with such staff who are having the requisite
qualifications as required for the posts therein until regular posts sanctioned to
the MGM Hospital, Warangal.
3. In the references fourth to seventh read above, the DME has submitted
proposals for creation of certain teaching and non-teaching posts on regular,
contract and out-sourcing basis and therefore requested for sanction of the
posts to Govt. College with B.Sc (Nursing) course in MGM.Hospital, Warangal.
4. The Health Medical & Family Welfare (K1) Department, has therefore
proposed to sanction the teaching and non-teaching posts on regular, contract
and out-sourcing basis for smooth running of Govt. College with B.Sc (Nursing)
course in MGM.Hospital, Warangal.
5. The Government after careful consideration of above proposal of Health
Medical & Family Welfare (K1) Department, hereby accord sanction for creation
