showing the eligibility criteria (20% & 100%) for transfer of RTOs, MVIs,
AMVIs and AOs as on 31/07/2012 furnished by the O/o the Transport Commissioner.

ORDER:-
In the
reference 1st read above, certain guidelines had issued for transfer of the employees in
Transport Department.
2. In the reference 2nd, 5th & 6th read above,
Government have issued orders relaxing the ban on transfers for the period from
01/06/2012 to 10/07/2012, subject to following certain conditions laid down
therein and also ordered therein that the Transport Department shall make the
general transfers as per the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.147, TR&B
(Ser.IV) Department, Dated 12/06/2007.
3. In the G.O 7th read above,
Government have imposed a ban on all transfers except certain cases laid down
therein.
4. In his Letters 3rd and 4th read above,
the Transport Commissioner has requested the Government to permit him to extend
the period of relaxation of ban on transfers and to effect 100% transfers of
those who have completed minimum 2 years of service as on 31/07/2012 in
Transport Department and issue necessary orders in this regard.
5. After careful consideration of the matter,
Government decide to extend the period of relaxation of ban on transfers upto 31/07/2012
in respect of Transport Department, as a special case, in relaxation of orders
issued in G.O 7th read above and to effect transfers in each category of posts within the
overall ceiling of 20% as appended to this order and also no claiming of TTA /
DA are made.
6. Accordingly, Government hereby permit the
Transport Commissioner to effect the
number of transfers in each category of posts within the overall ceiling of 20%
as appended to this order, as a special case on or before 31/07/2012 duly
calculating
the completion of 2 years of stay in a particular station by any employee of
Transport Department as on 31/07/2012, in relaxation of ban orders issued in G.O
7th read above and no claiming of TTA / DA are made, subject to following guidelines
scrupulously as laid down vide G.O 1st read above.
7. The Transport Commissioner shall take further
necessary action in the matter accordingly.
8. This order issues with the concurrence of
Finance (DCM-III) Department vide their U.O.No.5677/599/A1/DCM-III/12, Dated
28/07/2012.
