The
following notification will be published in an Extraordinary issue of
the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Dated 28-07-2012 :-
PRELIMINARY
NOTIFICATION
The following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Charitable
and
Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Office
Holders and Servants Service Rules, 2000, issued in G.O.Ms.No.888, Revenue
(Endowments.I) Department, Dt:08.12.2000 and published in the rules Supplement
to Part.I of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.51, dated:21.12.2000, which it is proposed
to be made in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 35
read with section 153 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious
Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.30 of 1987) is
hereby published for general information in the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette as required under sub-section (1)
of section 153 of the said Act.
Notice is herby given that, the aforesaid amendment will
be taken
into consideration by the Government on or after expiry
of Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that, any objections or suggestions which may be
received from any person, with respect thereto within the aforesaid period may
be taken into consideration by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Objections and
suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue (Endowments) Department, Andhra Pradesh, Secretariat, Hyderabad in duplicate.
AMENDMENT
In
the said rules, for rule 9, the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
“9. Age of Superannuation:- (i) The age of Superannuation of
every office holder or Servant other than Ultharai
Servants shall be fifty eight years except in the case of Attenders and
watchmen whose age of Superannuation shall be Sixty years.
(ii) The age of
superannuation of Ultharai Servants shall be sixty five years, but if he is
found Physically unfit, he may be retired from the service before attaining
that age.”
