Read the following:-

ORDER:-

In the G.O.1st read above, orders have been issued for constitution of Agricultural Market Committee, Sattenapalli, Guntur District under the Chairmanship of Sri Panchumarthi Appa Rao and other members for a period of three years.

2.       In the letter 2nd read above, the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Hyderabad has stated that Sri Panchumarthy Appa Rao, Chairman, AMC, Sattenapalli has submitted resignation on 30.04.2012 to the post of the Chairman, AMC, Sattenapalli due to health problems as per Rule 24 of A.P [A.P.& L.S] Markets Rules 1969. 

3.       Sri Madamsetti Vedadri, Vice-Chairman, assumed charge of the post of Chairman and he is performing duties as Chairman of AMC, Sattenapally under clause (C) of Rule 28 of A.P [A.P.& L.S] Markets Rules 1969 and requested to issue necessary orders as per sub-section (1) and (2) of section 5 of A.P. [AP & LS] Markets Act, 1966 for appointing Chairman, Vice-Chairman.

4.       Government after careful examination of the report furnished by the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Hyderabad, hereby appoint Sri Madamsetty Vedadri, S/o Rangaiah as Chairman and Sri Shaik Jaleel Saheb, s/o Md.Karim as Vice-Chairman and Sri Panchumarthi Appa Rao, s/o Gopala Rao as a Member to the Agricultural Market Committee, Sattenapalli, Guntur District as per sub sections (8), (9) and (10) of section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and live Stock) Market Act, 1966.
