3. From the Director General of Police, A.P. Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.836/G1/2012, dated:02.07.2012.

O R D E R:
Consequent to the orders issued vide G.O.1st read above and after careful consideration of the proposals received vide references 2nd and 3rd read above, Government hereby accord sanction for creation of the following ex-cadre posts upto
28.02.2013 or till the need for the post/posts ceases, on transfer of the incumbent, which ever is earlier.

2. Under Rule 11 (1) of Indian Police Service (Pay) Rules, 2007, the above posts at Sl.No.1 to 5 are declared equivalent to Cadre post of Additional Director General of Police, Personnel.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, vide their U.O.No.7064/464/Expn.GAD.I/2012, dated:21.07.2012.
