Transfer and posting on 8-8-12

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 17 of
1968), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints Dr.Sameer Sharma, IAS (AP: 1985)(RR) as the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise. 
He shall be the Chief Controlling Authority in all matters connected with the administration of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act.
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 14th June, 2011.

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of
Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference read above, Sri N.
Santhosh Kumar, Manager, Category-II, Kothagudem Municipality is posted as
Municipal Commissioner, Gajwel Nagarpanchayath temporarily on OD basis
on his own pay. Government, further order that the individual will continue
to draw his salary in the place from where he has been drawn to work as
Municipal Commissioner on OD basis.

ORDER :
The following transfers and postings are notified in relaxation of general ban
on transfers, on administrative grounds :-
NOTIFICATION
The services of Sri S.Dilli Rao, Deputy Collector, who is waiting for posting,
are hereby placed at the disposal of PR&RD Department for being posted as Project
Director, Ananthapur District. He is native of Srikakulam District.
2. The services of Smt P.Prashanthi, Deputy Collector, working on deputation
as Spl.Deputy Collector(LA), Dr.K.L.Rao Sagar (Pulichinthala Project), Guntur
District are here by withdrawn with immediate effect from I&CAD Department.
3. On withdrawal, the services of Smt P.Prashanthi, Deputy Collector, is hereby
placed at the disposal of PR&RD Department for being posted as Project Director,
Ananthpur District. She is native of Srikakulam District.
