Sri Vinod Kumar G. Agrawal, IAS (1983), Principal Secretary to

Government, Public Enterprises Department shall hold full additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary to Government (Registration & Stamps) Revenue Department, duly relieving Sri Dinesh Kumar, IAS (83), until further orders.

The Special Selection Committee, has recommended Sri S.V.

Kumar, IFS (1978), as principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force) in the Apex Scale of Rs. 80,000/- (Fixed). Government has accepted the recommendations of the Special Selection Committee.

3. On superannuation of Sri Hitesh Malhotra, IFS (76), Government hereby appoint Sri S.V. Kumar, IFS (1978) as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force) in the Apex Scale of Rs. 80,000/- (Fixed).

Government after carful examination, hereby transfer Dr.B.Padmaja, Civil Assistant Surgeon, Community Health Centre, Yellamanchili, Visakhapatnam, District to Primary Health Centre, Vadcheepurapalli, Visakhapatnam district on administrative grounds in the existing vacancy, keeping in view of the miserable incident occurred in

Steel Plant on 13-06-2012 and lost of her husband. In relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in the G.O.1st read above, without TTA/DA and Joining Time.

The Screening Committee constituted in the G.O. second read

above, under the Chairmanship of Special Chief Secretary to Government

Agriculture and Co-operation Department met on 25-08-2012 to consider

the names of the District Fire Officers, for inclusion in the panel for

promotion to the post of Regional Fire Officers, for the panel year 2011-12

2. The Screening Committee has examined the names of the

following District Fire Officers working in A.P.State Disaster Response and

Fire Services Department for preparation of panel for promotion as

Regional Fire Officers for the panel year 2011-12:-

3. The Screening Committee after going through the A.C.R.s, relevant

records and other material papers of District Fire Officers, in the seniority

list and after making an over all assessment of their service records and

work done, recommended that the name of Sri.K.Kareemuddin (Sl No.4)

only be included in the panel of District Fire Officers, for temporary

promotion to the category of Regional Fire Officer, for the panel year

2011-12. The DFOs at Sl No 1& 2 are facing disciplinary cases and the

DFO at Sl.No.3 retired on attaining the age of superannuation on

30-06-2012, hence the committee did not consider his name.

4. Government after careful examination, hereby approve the name of

Sri K.Kareemuddin (Sl No.4) at Roster point -15 for inclusion in the

panel of District Fire Officers as per the recommendation of the Screening

Committee, for temporary promotion to the post of Regional Fire Officers,

on ad-hoc basis, in terms of Rule 10 (a) read with Rule 10 (b) of the

A.P.State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, subject to the outcome of

OAs/WPs/WAs/RPs/CAs/SLPs etc., if any, pending before the Tribunal/

Courts etc.

Establishment - Andhra Pradesh Ground Water Department – Promotion of Assistant Directors (H) as Deputy Directors (H) – Posting Orders – Issued.

Under Rule 10 (a) (i) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996, the following Assistant Directors (H) are promoted as Deputy Directors (H) purely on temporary basis with effect from their date of taking charge:-
