the following:

No.68, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (G2) Department,
dated:19.01.2010. 2. From the Commissioner and Director of Municipal
Administration, Hyderabad, Letter Roc No.23268/ 2011/ J3, Dated:29.02.2012. 3.
G.O.Ms No.181, Finance (DCM.III) Department, dated:10.07.2012. ORDER:-
In the
circumstances reported by the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration,
Hyderabad, in his letter 2nd read above Government after careful examination of
the matter in terms of G.Os 1st and 3rd read above, hereby transfer Smt. M.
Helena, Secondary Grade Teacher, from Mother Teresa Municipal Upper Primary
School, Hindupur Municipality to Tadipatri Municipality, Ananthapur District on
spouse grounds, subject to the condition that she is not entitled for TTA/DA,
joining time as the transfer is on her own
request.
2. The
Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall take necessary
further action accordingly. 3. This order issues with the concurrence of
Finance (DCM.III) Department vide their
U.O.No.24727/774/A1/DCM-111/2012,
dated: 17.09.2012.
