Sri Umesh Kumar, IPS, ordered to join to duty

ORDER:

          Whereas in the G.O.1^st read above, Sri Umesh Kumar, IPS, was placed under suspension under Rule 3(3) of All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969.  

2.       And Whereas, Sri Umesh Kumar, IPS preferred an appeal before the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India against the above orders of his suspension. 

3.       And whereas the GoI the competent authority, after considering the appeal, under Rule 19(2) of All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969 ordered to revoke the suspension of Sri Umesh Kumar, IPS (AP:77) with immediate effect.

4.       Accordingly, under Rule 20 of All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules 1969 Government hereby revoke the order of suspension of Sri Umesh Kumar, IPS (AP:77) and reinstate him to duty with immediate effect.
