Transfers of some officers


“Sri K.S. Reddy, IFS (83), Additional Principal Chief
Conservator of Forests (WL), O/o Principal Chief Conservator of
Forests (HoFF), A.P., Hyderabad is transferred and his services are
placed at the disposal Health, Medical and Family Welfare
Department for appointment as Chief Executive Officer, State Level
Medicinal & Aromatic Plants Boards, Hyderabad, in the existing
vacancy. His deputation shall be governed by the terms and
conditions annexed to this order”.

1. Sri Adhar Sinha, IAS (88), who is waiting for posting, is posted
as Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration & Urban
Development Department, in the existing vacancy.



2. Sri Lav Agarwal, IAS (96), who is waiting for posting, is posted
as Secretary to Government (Youth Services & Sports), YAT&C
Department, in the existing vacancy.
MID-CAREER TRAINING – Deputation of certain IAS Officers for
participation in the 6th round Phase-V Mid-Career Training (2012) of IAS
Officers to be conducted from 1st October to November 2, 2012 – Relief -
Orders – Issued.
In the reference 1st read above, the Joint Secretary (Training),
Government of India, Ministry of PPG & Pensions, New Delhi has
requested to direct the IAS Officers of the 1982 to 1984 batches to enroll
‘online’ for the 6th round Phase-V training scheduled to be conducted at
LBSNAA, Mussoorie, during 1st October to November 2, 2012 and to
relieve the officers, who have registered for the progamme, in time to
participate in the Mid-Career Training Programme for I.A.S. Officers. In the
reference 2nd read above, the Director, LBSNAA, Mussoorie has also
requested to ensure release of the eligible officers for their participation in
the Phase–V training programme.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, the officers concerned have been
requested to enroll their names through ‘on-line’ for participation in the
Phase-V Mid Career Training Programme. In the reference 4th read above
necessary participation clearance in respect of all the on-line registered
officers have been conveyed to the LBSNAA, Mussoorie for making
logistic arrangements.
3. After careful examination of the matter, permission is hereby
accorded for the deputation of the following IAS Officers of 1982 to 1984
batch borne on the Andhra Pradesh Cadre for participation in the Mid
Career Training Programme (Phase V) to be conducted at LBSNAA,
Mussoorie, during 1st October to November 2, 2012:-

4. The officers mentioned at para 3 above, shall report at New
Delhi on 28th September, 2012 where the programme begins with a
curtain-raiser at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi on 28th September, 2012
followed by a foreign study to the USA between 1st & 10th October, 2012
followed by three weeks training at Academy along with their “Official
Passports”. The period of training of the officers including journey period
(both ways), shall be treated as “on duty” during which they will be paid
pay and allowances, which they would have drawn but for their deputation
to the above training. The officers are eligible for T.A. for the journey both
ways at the usual rates.

5. The expenditure on T.A. shall be debited to 111 Travelling
Allowance under the relevant sub-head under the Head of Account to
which the Pay and Allowances of the officers are being debited.

6. The following in-charge arrangements are made in respect of the
posts held by the above officers as indicated against their names duly
relieving the Members of Service from their respective posts
on 26.09.2012 A.N., so as to attend the training programme begins with a
curtain-raiser at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on 28th September, 2012 and
followed by a foreign study tour to the USA between 1st & 10th October,
2012 followed by three weeks at LBSNAA, Mussoorie .

7. On expiry of the Training Programme, the officers are reposted to
their respective posts from which they have been deputed for the training.
The training programme is treated as “on duty” hence no Full Additional
Charge arrangements made.

The orders issued in the G.O. read above, transferring and posting
Smt. Pausumi Basu, IAS (2007), Deputy Commissioner (Commercial Taxes),
Kakinada as Project Director, DRDA, East Godavari District, are hereby
cancelled.
