A.P. MEDICAL EDUCATION SERVICES – Sanction of seventy (70) additional posts in different categories to the upgraded Government Maternity Hospital, Hanumakonda, Warangal District - Orders - Issued.

ORDER:

In the letter first read above, the District, Collector, Warangal has stated that the bed strength of Government Maternity Hospital, Hanumakonda has been increased from 50 to 100 vide G.O.Ms.No.47, HM & FW (M.1) Department, dated:04-02-1993.

Even though, the bed capacity has been increased, the additional staff and budget provision to that extent has not been sanctioned, due to which, the hospital is facing much difficulty in serving the patients. The Local public and public representatives are constantly representing for providing facilities required for 100 beds.

2. In the letter third read above, the Director of Medical Education, A.P. Hyderabad has furnished proposal for sanction of (70) additional posts to the Government Maternity Hospital, Hanumakonda in different categories. He has also stated that the

scheme comes under Non-plan and requested to sanction additional budget under the Head of Account “2210-01-110-01-5H (29)10 Scheme” for implementation of the Programme.

3. The Health Medical & Family Welfare Department in their U.O. fourth read above proposed for sanction of seventy additional posts at Government Maternity Hospital, Hanumakonda, Warangal District.

4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby sanction the seventy (70) additional posts in different categories as shown in the annexure to this order, to the upgraded Government Maternity Hospital, Hanumakonda, Warangal District.

5. The HM & FW Department and the Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
