ORDER:-

The following notification shall be published in an extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

2.    Under rule-3 of the Andhra Pradesh Tribes Advisory Council Rules, 1958, issued with G.O.Ms.No.117, Social Welfare & L Department., dated 28-01-1958, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the following persons to be the Members of the Andhra Pradesh Tribes Advisory Council:-

3.    The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall be the Ex-officio Secretary to the Andhra Pradesh Tribes Advisory Council.

4.    The Non-Official Members of the Andhra Pradesh Tribes Advisory Council shall be eligible to draw TA/DA as per Annexure-VI (Rule-91) Para 5 (Miscellaneous) of Andhra Pradesh Traveling Allowance Rules of 1996. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare shall be the controlling authority for purpose of countersigning the TA bills of the non-official members of the Council.

5.    The expenditure on the Council shall be debited to the detailed head/ head of account under:-

“2225 - Welfare of SCs, STs and other BCs

      02 - Welfare of STs

                     MH.001 - Direction and Administration

                      SH(01) - Head Quarters Office

                110 - Domestic Travel expenses

                      113 - TA/DA to Non-official Members”.

6.    The term of the council hereby reconstituted shall be for a period of three years from the date of issue of orders or till the date on which the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly is first summoned to meet after the next General Elections, whichever is earlier.
