the following:
O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the
District Collector, East Godavari District, Kakinada in his letter 1st read
above, the services of Sri C.S.S.V.Kondaiah Sastry, Chief Executive Officer,
are hereby withdrawn from the post of
Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, East Godavari District, with
immediate effect on administrative grounds, with a direction to report before
the Government for further posting.
2. On withdrawal of the services of Sri
C.S.S.V.Kondaiah Sastry, Chief Executive Officer, the District Collector, East
Godavari District is hereby directed to make incharge arrangements to the post
of Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, East Godavari Dist., until
further orders.
3. The Collector & District Magistrate,
East Godavari District shall relieve the
officer immediately and take immediate necessary action accordingly.
