Constitution of Functional Committees for the conduct of the World Telugu Conference from 27th to 29th December, 2012 at Tirupathi - Orders – Issued.

In pursuance of the Review Meeting held by the Hon’ble Chef Minister on 7^th November, 2012, the following Functional Committees are constituted for conduct of

the World Telugu Conference from 27th to 29th December at Tirupathi.

I. RECEPTION COMMITTEE:

1. Executive Officer, TTD ------------------- Chairman

2. Joint Collector, Chittoor ----------------- Convenor

3. Collector Chittoor ----------------------- - Member

4. Vice Chairman, TUDA -------------------- Member

5. Municipal Commissioner, Tirupathi ------ Member

6. RDO, Tirupathi ---------------------------- Member

7. Registrar, S.V. University ---------------- Member

2. The Reception Committee shall make necessary arrangement for Reception, protocol and issuance of badges to the delegates, Volunteers etc., This Committee

shall assess the no. of persons attend the Conference, prepare the accommodation plan in coordination with the Accommodation Committee, train the Volunteers and

oversee all the activities of Culture, literature and other activities of the Conference.

II. ACCOMODATION COMMITTEE:

1. Collector, Chittoor ------------------- Chairman

2. Regional Joint Commissioners

(Technical Education & School Education)     ----- Members

3. Registrar, S.V. University ------------ Member

4. District Tourism Promotion Officer -------- Member

5. Special Officer, Shilparamam, Hyd -------- Member

6. Special Officer, Shilparamam, Tirupathi ------ Member

7. JEO, TTD, Tirupathi, ---------------------- Convenor

3. The Accommodation Committee shall work in close liaison with the Reception Committee and prepare detailed accommodation plans for all the invitees / delegates and other important persons / dignitaries participating in the World Telugu Conference. The Committee will liaison with the Escort Officers and give full details of the names and contact phone numbers of Liasion Officers, who are appointed to escort the delegates.

III. FOOD COMMITTEE :

1. Commissioner of Civil Supplies ------ Chairman

3. District Manager (Civil Supplies) ------ Member

4. District Supply Officer ------------------ Member

5. Dy. E.O., Nitya Annadanam Trust, TTD ----- Member

6. President, Hoteliers’ and Restaurants’

7. Municipal Commissioner, Tirupathi ------ Member

8. Joint Collector, Chittoor -----------------Convenor

4. The Food Committee shall entrust catering arrangements and take all steps to ensure that arrangements for food are made for all the days of the Conference.

IV. TRANSPORT COMMITTEE :

1. Principal Secretary (Transport) ------ Chairman

2. District Collector, Chittoor ------------- Member

3. Divisional Manager, APSRTC ----------- Member

4. G.M. Transport, TTD, Tirupathi -------- Member

5. R.M. RTC, Chittoor. --------------------- Member

6. Dy. Commissioner (Transport), Chittoor ---- Convenor

5. Transport Committee shall coordinate all arrangements for transport of delegates / invitees / guests to and fro from the Venue. They shall draw up detailed plans after getting the list of delegates from the Accommodation Committee.

V. HEALTH AND HYGIENE COMMITTEE :

8. District Medical & Health Officer, Chittoor ------ Convenor

6. The Health and Hygiene Committee shall be responsible for sanitation, hygiene and medical emergencies.

VI. SECURITY COMMITTEE :

1. Inspr. Genl. Of Police, Rayalaseema ------ Chairman

2. DIG, Ananthapur ----------------------------- Member

3. Supdt. Of Police, Chittoor -------------------- Member

4. District Fire Officer, Chittoor ----------------- Member

5. S.P, Tirupathi -------------------------------- Convenor

7. The Security Committee shall be responsible for all security arrangements in connection with the conduct of the World Telugu Conference.

8. The conveners of the respective Committees are requested to convene the meetings in consultation with the Chairman of the Committees and draw detailed

action plan for presentation to the State Level committee headed by the Chief Secretary.
