Cabinet Status to Buddha Prasad
In the G.O. 1st read above, the Government have reconstituted
the A.P. Official Language Commission with Sri Mandali Buddha Prasad as
Chairman fixing the term as two years.
2. Government hereby accord
the Status of Cabinet Minister to Sri Mandali Buddha Prasad, Chairman, A.P. Official Language
Commission. The Pay and Allowances and other facilities shall be worked out by
the G.A (OL.I) Department on par with Cabinet Minister, as provided in A.P.
Payment of Salaries and Pension and Removal of Disqualifications Act, 1953 and
other Government orders, in consultation with Finance Department.
3. The General
Administration (OP.II, OP.III, OP.VI, SB, Claims, Accommodation & Protocol)
Department shall take necessary action to provide Personal Staff, Telephone
with STD, Car, Driver, Accommodation both Office and residential, as per the
scale to the Chairman, A.P. Official Language Commission.
