Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education – Reconstitution of Board – Notification – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:

The following notification shall be published in an Extra-Ordinary

issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette:-

NOTIFICATION-I

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section

(1) of Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Education Act,

1971 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.2 of 1971), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the Minister for Secondary Education & Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as Chairman of Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad.

NOTIFICATION –II

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section

6 of the Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Education Act, 1971 (Andhra

Pradesh Act No.2 of 1971), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the Principal Secretary to Government, Secondary Education & Intermediate Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as Vice-Chairman of Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad.

NOTIFICATION –III

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i), (j), (k), (l)

and (ii) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh

Intermediate Education Act, 1971 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.2 of 1971 as amended by Act No.10 of 1982), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby nominate the following persons as Members of Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad;
