N O T I F I C A T I O N

      

Whereas the Government in G.O.Ms.No.227 MA&UD(I2) Dept., Dated.21.06.2012 have issued orders extending the jurisdiction of Vijayawada Guntur Tenali Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority, Vijayawada upto Gudiwada, Nuzived Municipalities, Mailavaram & Nandigama Villages in Krishna District and Ponnuru, Sattenapally Municipalities and Edlapadu & Achampet Villages in Guntur District. 

2.    And whereas, the Vice Chairman, Vijayawada Guntur Tenali Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority in reference 9^th read above has requested the Government to incorporate the “Challapalli” Village name in Krishna District in the jurisdiction of Vijayawada Guntur Tenali Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority limits. 

3.    Government after careful examination of the matter hereby decided to issue amendment to G.O.Ms.No.227 MA&UD(I2) Department, Dated.21.06.2012 duly incorporating the “Challapalli” Village name in  the list of Villages Krishna District at  Serial No.424.

4.    Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975 ( Andhra Pradesh Act-1 of 1975), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby include the Challapalli Village name in  the list of Villages in Krishna District at  Serial No.424 in the Vijayawada Guntur Tenali Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority area as specified in the Schedule below:
