Limited - Proposal to down grade certain posts in the cadre of Asst. Store
Officer, Asst. Accounts Officer and Data Processing Assistant on Administrative

O R D E R:
The Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Beverages
Corporation Limited, in his letter 3rd read above, has stated that the Board of
Directors in the 174th meeting held on 09.05.2012, has passed a Resolution
No.(11) approving the proposal for
downgrading of posts in the (3) cadres i.e
Assistant Stores Officers (103 Nos), Assistant Accounts Officers (27 Nos ), and
Data Processing Assistant (22 Nos) and advised to send necessary proposals to
the Government for approval and making appropriate modifications in the APBCL
Service Regulations.
2. Accordingly the Managing Director, Andhra
Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited in his letter 4th read above, has
submitted a proposal to downgrade certain posts in the following vacant posts
in (3) cadres to a lower cadre equivalent to Junior Assistant in the Government
with equivalent scale of pay. The details of posts to be downgraded are
detailed below:

3. The Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Beverages
Corporation Limited has requested the Govt., to consider the proposal as
approved by the Board vide Resolution No.11, as follows:
I. a) To retain (111) filled up posts of ASOs in
Grade-I with the pay scale of Rs.10020-29200 (RPS-2010);
b) To down
grade 103 vacant posts of ASOs with the nomenclature of ASO-Grade-II, with a
pay scale of Rs.8440-24950 (RPS-2010), to be filled by 100% Direct Recruitment.
The qualification prescribed for the ASO-Grade-II post would be M.Com or B.Com
I class, preferably with Degree or Diploma in Computers.
II. a) To retain 3 filled up posts of AAO in Grade-I
with the pay scale of Rs.10020-29200 (RPS-2010).
b) To down grade 27 vacant posts of AAO, with the
nomenclature of AAO-Grade-II, with a pay scale of Rs.8440-24950 (RPS-2010) to
be filled by 100% Direct Recruitment.
The qualification prescribed for the AAO-Grade-II post would be M.Com or B.Com
I class, preferably with Degree or Diploma in Computers.
III a) To retain 6 filled up posts of DPA in Grade-I
with the pay scale of Rs.10020-29200
(RPS-2010).
b) To down grade 22 vacant posts of DPA, with the
nomenclature
of DPA-Grade-II, with a pay scale of Rs.8440-24950
(RPS-2010), to be filled by 100% Direct Recruitment. The qualification
prescribed for the DPA-Grade-II post would be MCA or I class Graduate in Computer
with (3) years experience in Computer Data Processing.
4. Government, after careful examination of the
matter, hereby accepts the proposal of Managing Director, APBCL for downgrading
the posts mentioned in the table at para 2 above.
5. The Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Beverages
Corporation Limited, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the
matter.
6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance
(SMPC) Dept., vide their U. O.
No.28397/374/A2/SMPC.II/12, Dated:22.11.2012.
