(State level) on Staff side for the calendar
year 2013 – Sanction of “Other Duty” facility to the Principal Office Bearers
of the Member Associations – Orders – Issued.
ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O 1st read
above,
Government reconstitutes the Andhra Pradesh Civil
Services Joint Staff Council (State Level) every year. In the G.O 5th read
above, the Government reconstituted the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services Joint
Staff Council (State Level) on Staff side for the Calendar Year 2012, which was
expired by 31-12-2012. Hence, necessity has arisen to reconstitute the same for
the Calendar Year 2013.
2. Accordingly, the Government, after careful examination
of the
information obtained from the Service Associations,
hereby reconstitute the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services Joint Staff Council
(State Level) with the following Service Associations as Members on the Staff
side for the Calendar Year 2013 i.e., from 01-01-2013 to 31-12-2013:-
Permanent Members:
1. AP NGOs Association.
2. TNGOs Central Union.
3. A.P.Secretariat Association.
4. State Teachers Union, A.P.
5. Progressive Recognized Teachers Union, A.P.
6. A.P.United Teachers Federation.

Association.

Association.

3. The Government further direct the authorities
concerned to sanction “Other Duty” facility to the Principal Office Bearers of
the following Member Associations for the period as indicated against each
Member Association below on full time basis, by keeping the post / posts held
by him / them vacant and allow him / them to draw pay and allowances from his /
their Parent Department:-
