in respect of the Department in Imlementation Committee GOs.

ORDER:
In the reference first read above orders were issued constituting the Implementation Committee for scrutinizing the proposals obtained from the Secretariat Departments and Heads of Department under their control, regarding the continuation of Permanent / Temporary / Supernumerary
posts in all Departments in the State. Based on the recommendations of the Implementation Committee, orders were issued in various I.C GOs for continuation of the cadre strength in respect of Secretariat Departments                                                                             
and Heads of Department under their control up to 28.2.2009.
2. The Government has also created/upgraded/issued amendments to sanctioned strength of certain departments subsequently after 28-02-2009 based on the proposals of the respective Government Departments.
3. In the reference third read above orders were issued for continuation                                                                                                     of the posts, mentioned at paras 1 and 2 above for a further a period up to 28.02.2013.
4. In continuation of the orders issued in the G.O. third read above,Government hereby continue the temporary posts, for which orders were issued in various GOs, mentioned in the annexure appended to this order,or a further period of one year w.e.f. 01.03.2013 to 28.02.2014 or till the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier.
5. However, the Departments concerned shall send separate proposals for continuation of temporary posts sanctioned to Land Acquisition Units, Projects with small gestation period like Outer Ring Road (ORR) Project, Bhu Bharathi Project etc., the posts sanctioned in connection with conduct of elections to the State Legislature and the Local Bodies. Furthercontinuation of these posts will be examined by the Government on a case by case basis.
6. The further continuation orders issued in para four above are not applicable to Outsourcing/Contract posts, which were sanctioned along with the regular posts in some of the GOs mentioned in the annexure enclosed. The Departments concerned shall submit separate proposals for continuation of these posts with due justification.
