- Reconstitution of the Mandal Praja Parishad, Bhadrachalam by
re-delimiting the residual villages of Mandal Praja Parishad, Bhadrachalam –
Notification - Issued.
ORDER:
In the
G.Os. 1st and 2nd read above, Government
have restore the Bhadrachalam Gram Panchayat from Bhadrachalam Municipality
in Khammam District and canceling the Notification constituting the
Bhadrachalam Gram Panchayat as Municipality.
2. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and
Rural Employment, Hyderabad ,
in his letter third read above has informed that as per the report of the Chief
Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Khammam the Mandal Praja Parishad, Bhadrachalam was having ten (10) Mandal Parishad
Territorial Constituencies. Consequent on restoration of Bhadrachalam
Gram Panchayat from Bhadrachalam
Municipality , the number
of MPTCs. will increase from 10 to 22. Therefore, he has requested the Government to
reconstitute Bhadrachalam
Mandal Praja Parishad.

Government, after careful consideration have decided to reconstitute the
Bhadrachalam
Mandal Praja Parishad with twenty two (22) Mandal Parishad Territorial
Constituencies in Khammam District.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-sections
(1) and (3) of section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(Andhra Pradesh Act No. 13 of 1994), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby
reconstitute the Bhadrachalam

with headquarters at Bhadrachalam

ORDER:
In the
G.O. 1st and 2nd read above, Government
have denotified the Gram Panchayat, Yerraguntla for upgradation as Nagar
Panchayat and upgraded the Gram Panchayat Yerraguntla, as Yerraguntla Nagar
Panchayat.
2. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and
Rural Employment, Hyderabad ,
in his letter third read above has informed that as per the report of the Chief
Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Y.S.R. Kadapa, the Mandal Praja
Parishad, Yerraguntla, was
having nineteen (19) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies. Government
have upgraded the Yerraguntla
Gram Panchayat into Yerraguntla
Nagar Panchayat. Thus, Yerraguntla
Mandal Praja Parishad
has lost seven (7) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies, out of nineteen
(19) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies. Therefore, he has requested
the Government to reconstitute Yerraguntla
Mandal Praja Parishad.

Government after careful consideration have decided to reconstitute the Yerraguntla Mandal Praja Parishad with the
remaining twelve (12) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies of the Yerraguntla Mandal Praja Parishad.

Territorial Constituencies. Therefore, he has requested the Government to

Government after careful consideration have decided to reconstitute the Naidupet Mandal Praja Parishad with the
remaining ten (10) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies of the Naidupet Mandal Praja Parishad.

Panchayats of Yadamari Mandal Praja Parishad into Chittoor Municipal Corporation, the Mandal Praja Parishad Yadamari
has lost one (1) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies out of fourteen
(14) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies. Therefore, he has requested to
reconstitute Yadamari Mandal
Praja Parishad.

decided to reconstitute the Yadamari Mandal
Praja Parishad in Chittoor District with the remaining thirteen (13) Mandal

was having twenty five (25) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies. After
constitution of the Narsipatnam 3rd Grade Municipality Narsipatnam Mandal Praja Parishad has lost fifteen (15)
Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies. Therefore, he has requested the
Government to reconstitute Narsipatnam
Mandal Praja Parishad.

outcome of Writ Petition pending in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

has lost nine (9) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies. Therefore, he has
requested the Government to reconstitute Yeleswaram

In the G.Os. 1st and 2nd
read above, Government have denotified
the seven (7) Gram Panchayats in
Srikakulam District so
as to include the same into Srikakulam
Municipality and
included the same Gram Panchayats into
Srikakulam Municipality .
2. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and
Rural Employment, Hyderabad ,
in his letter third read above has informed that as per the report of the Chief
Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Srikakulam, the
Mandal Praja Parishad Srikakulam was having twenty two (22) Mandal Parishad
Territorial Constituencies. After having inclusion of seven (7) Gram Panchayats into Srikakulam Municipality , the Mandal Praja Parishad Srikakulam
has lost two (2) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies. Therefore, he has
requested to reconstitute Srikakulam Mandal
Praja Parishad.
3. Government after careful consideration have
decided to reconstitute the Srikakulam Mandal
Praja Parishad with the remaining twenty
(20) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies.

G.Os. 1st and 2nd read above, Government have denotified
the two (2) Gram Panchayats i.e. Part of Chenugonapally and Dowdarapalli in Gadwal Mandal so as to merging the same into Gadwal Municipality and
merge the same Gram Panchayats into Gadwal Municipality.
2. The
Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Employment, Hyderabad , in his letter third read above has
informed that as per the report of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja
Parishad, Mahabubnagar, the
Mandal Praja Parishad Gadwal was having twelve (12) Mandal Parishad Territorial
Constituencies. After having merging of
the two (2) Gram Panchayats into
Gadwal Municipality , the Mandal Praja Parishad Gadwal has
lost one (1) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies out of twelve (12)
Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies. Therefore, he has requested to

ORDER:
The
Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment, Hyderabad has furnished the
proposal of the Chief Executive Officer
Zilla Praja Parishad, Khammam District for reconstitution of Kothagudem Mandal
Praja Parishad, Khammam consequent on demolition of Venkateshkhani Village due
to Kothagudem has extended the open cost mining operations to the area of Gram Panchayat,
Venkateshkhani.
2. The Commissioner, PR&RE, Hyderabad has
stated that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, Khammam has
informed the strength of Mandal
Parishad Territorial Constituencies in Kothagudem is refixed as (28) instead of 30 Mandal Parishad Territorial
Constituencies by the District
Collector due to people of Venkateshkhani Gram Panchayat of Kothagudem were
scattered to various places in view of the extension of open cost by the
Singareni Company Limited. As such, he has submitted proposal for
reconstitution of Kothagudem due to demolition of Venkateshkhani Gram Panchayat
along with population and Map Boundaries of Kothagudem.
3. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and
Rural Employment, Hyderabad, also informed that as seen from the proposal,
the Mandal Praja Parishad Kothagudem
having thirty (30) Mandal
Parishad Territorial Constituencies prior to and consequent on extension
of open cost mining the Mandal Praja
Prarishad, Kothagudem has lost
two (2) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies Now, the
Kothagudem, Mandal Praja Parishad having twenty eight (28) Mandal Parishad Territorial
Constituencies. Therefore, he has requested the Government to
reconstitute the Kothagudem Mandal Praja Parishad.
