O R D E R :

In the order 1st read above orders were issued to entrust the work relating to

Paramedical Institutions to the High Power Committee to process the cases after getting the re-inspection by District Level Teams, and to send recommendations to Government for issue of permission and also direct that no fresh Notification shall be issued inviting fresh applications for establishment of Para Medical Institutions.

2. In the order 2nd read above, orders were issued to entrust the work relating to issue of Essentiality Certificates for establishment of Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) Institutes to the High Power Committee headed by Justice Sri I.Panduranga Rao and to scrutinize the applications with reference to the norms. After getting due inspections and approval, it shall furnish list of applications together with its Project reports and its specific recommendations including intake capacity to Government for according permission to issue Essentiality certificates

3. In the order 3rd read above, Government have issued guidelines and rules to A.P. Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) Training Institutions (admissions into MPHW (M) Training) and grant of permission to Private MPHW (M) Training Institutions. In the reference 4th read above an amendment was issued to G.O.Ms.No.200, HM&FW (J2) Department dated 16.09.2009 for change the nomenclature, duration of the course and qualification etc.,

4. In the letter 5th read above, the Secretary, A.P. Para Medical Board has

furnished the list of eligible Private Multi Purpose Health Assistants (Male) Training Institutions having both adequate infrastructure and faculty to impart the training in Multipurpose Health Workers (M) Course.

5. In the letter 6th read above, the Chairman, High Power Committee

recommended to accord permission to issue Essentiality Certificates to eligible Institutions.

6. In the orders 7th to 13th read above, orders were issued according

permission to the Secretary, A.P. Para Medical Board to issue Essentiality Certificate to start the Multi Purpose Health Assistant (M) Course to

(58+15+78+50+21+5=227) Institutions.

7. In continuation of the orders issued vide Government order 13th read

above, Government hereby accord permission to the Secretary, A.P. Para Medical Board to issue Essentiality Certificate to start the Multi Purpose Health Assistant (M) Course to the following (20) Institutions shown in annexure to this order with an intake capacity of forty (40) students/seats per Academic year in relaxation of orders issued in G.O. 1st read above.

8. The request of any Institute other than the mentioned in the annexure, out of the 301 Institutions which have been inspected and found eligible as certified by the Secretary, A.P.Para Medical Board and also recommended by the High Power Committee, represents to Government, will be considered in due course based on its merits.

9. The Secretary, A.P. Para Medical Board, Hyderabad shall take necessary

action in the matter accordingly.
