O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner and
Inspector General of Registration
and Stamps, A.P., Hyderabad in the references read above
and in exercise of powers under
Notaries Act, 1952, Certificates of Practice are hereby
renewed for a further period of five years in respect of the (13) Notaries
mentioned in the Annexure to this Order as shown at column No.3 against their
names.
2) The renewal certificate of practice is sent to the
individual concerned directly.
3) The Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration
and Stamps, A.P., shall take
further action in the matter accordingly.
