In the reference read above, the A.P. State Govt. Retired Employees Association have represented to the Chief Secretary to Government, for deduction of One Day’s Basic Pension from the monthly pension of the Month of July, 2013 to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund in connection with the flood affected area at “Chardham” in Uttarakhand State and requested the Government for issue of necessary instructions to all the Pension Disbursing Officers (Treasuries in the Districts and Pension Payment Offices in Twin Cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad) for deducting a day’s Pension from the monthly pension of July, 2013 payable in the month of August, 2013.

In the reference read above, the A.P. Secretariat Employees Federation have represented to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, for deduction of One Day’s Basic Pay to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to Utilise the same for the welfare of Uttarakhand flood affected people and requested the Government for issue of necessary orders for the deductions from the salary of July, 2013 payable in the month of August, 2013.

2) Accordingly, all the Heads of Departments, District Collectors and all Drawing and Disbursing Officers in the (10) Districts of Telangana Region to deduct Half Day Basic Pay from the salary of the employees of Telangana Region towards contribution to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund from the salary of July, 2013 payable in the month of August, 2013 for Utilizing the same for the welfare of Uttarakhand flood affected people.
