Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act 2014 – Employees in the State Cadre working in the Field posts
– Order to Serve Provisionally in connection with affairs of the State of Telangana under sub-section
(1) of Section 77 of the Act 6 of 2014 - Orders – Issued.

Read the following:

Training Order No1 of F.No.27/12/2013-SR (S) dated 31.05.2014

O R D E R:

1. In the reference secondread above, the Government of India has notified the Andhra
Pradesh Re-organization Act. 2014, reorganisting the existing State of Andhra Pradesh into States
of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In the reference third read above, the Government of India has
notified June 02, 2014 as the appointed date for giving effect to the AP Reorganisation Act, 2014.

2. In the reference fourth cited, the Government of India has ordered - in pursuance of
provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 77 of the Andhra Pradesh Re-organization Act, 2014 (Act 6
of 2014) - that every person serving in substantive basis immediately before 2nd day of June, 2014 in
connection with the affairs of the existing State of Andhra Pradesh, in respect of posts situated
within the territory of Telangana, shall serve provisionally on and from the 2nd day of June, 2014 in
connection with the affairs of the State of Telangana until further orders.

3. Further, the Government of India ordered that the persons belonging to organized Statewide
cadre, who immediately before the 2nd day of June, 2014 are serving on substantive basis in
connection with the affairs of the existing State of Andhra Pradesh in respect of Heads of
Departments’ field posts situated within the territory of State of Telangana shall serve provisionally
on and from the 2nd day of June, 2014 in connection with the affairs of the State of Telangana until
further orders.

4. In pursuance of the above directions of Government of India, the Government hereby order
that the persons belonging to the organized State-wide cadre under all the Heads of Departments,
who immediately before the 2nd day of June, 2014 are serving on substantive basis in connection
with the affairs of the existing State of Andhra Pradesh in respect of Heads of Departments’ field
posts situated within the territory of State of Telangana shall serve provisionally on and from the 2nd
day of June, 2014 in connection with the affairs of the State of Telangana until further orders.

5. This order shall not confer any right on these persons in respect of their final allocation and
the Government of India may finally allocate them to any of the successor States in accordance with
the provisions of the Act and extant guidelines framed thereunder.

6. The posts and the vacancies of the organized State-wide cadre under the Heads of
Departments existing immediately before the 2nd day of June, 2014 within the territory of Telangana
State shall stand provisionally allotted to the successor State of Telangana from 2nd day of June,
2014.

7. All the departments of Secretariat and the Heads of Departments shall take necessary further
action in the matter.

8. The following Notification shall be published in the Gazette of Andhra Pradesh.

1. In pursuance of the above directions of Government of India, the Government hereby order
