In supercession of orders issued read above, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of section 10 read with clause (1) of statute (1) in the schedule of     Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University Act 1982 (Act 11 of 1982) the Government of Telangana State here-by appoint Sri Vikas Raj, IAS, Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department, Telangana State as in-charge Vice- Chancellor, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad, with immediate effect until further orders.
