ORDER:-

 In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana, Hyderabad in the letter read above, Government after careful examination, hereby accord permission to the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana, Hyderabad to open New savings Accounts with Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Bank, Troop Bazar, Hyderabad which gives attractive interest under rule 12 of Andhra Pradesh Market Committee Employees (Pension-Cum-Gratuity) Rules, 1980 for depositing the amounts of pension contributions and the General Provident Fund monthly subscriptions of the employees of Market Committees and Central Market Fund of the Telangana State.

2. The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
