Pay and Accounts Office – Permission to engage all Outsourcing Personnel in different categories on outsourcing basis from the private vendors – For further

continuation of period for one year i.e. 01.07.2014 to 30.06.2015 - Orders-Issued.

Read the following:-

Accounts Officer(I/c), Telangana, Hyderabad.

ORDER:

In the reference 3rdread above, Government have permitted for continuation of services of those persons working on contract / outsourcing  basis upto 30-06-2014.

2. In the reference 5th r ead above, the Pay and Accounts Officer has stated

that the Pay and Accounts Office of the combined state have permitted to

outsource (47) personnel in different categories viz., (1) System Analyst, (1)

System Administrator, (10) Data processing officers, (25) Data Entry operators,

(8) Office Subordinates, (2) Drivers as on the date of bifurcation of the state.

3. Consequent of the bifurcation of the state and formation of Pay and

Accounts Offices in both the states, the regular working strength of the Pay

and Accounts office has been allocated at the ratio of 80 : 20, depending on the

work load, whereas the outsourcing staff were allocated between the two states

as per their local status which came to the ratio of 64 : 36 which is far away

from the ratio of work load distribution. As a result, (1) System Analyst, (1)

System Administrator, (5) Data Processing Officers, (16) Data Entry

Operators, (6) Office Subordinates, (1) Driver have only been allotted to

PAO, Telangana.

4. The Pay and Accounts Officer has requested to accord permission to

continue (30) outsourcing posts allocated to Telangana Pay and Accounts

Office, for a further period of one year i.e., from 01.07.2014 to 30.06.2015.

5. Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord

permission to the Pay and Accounts Officer, Telangana, Hyderabad to continue

(30) contract / outsourcing (various categories) persons for the period of one

more year from 01.07.2014 to 30.06.2015, subject to strict compliance with

and fulfilment in the terms and conditions specified in the G.O.Ms.No.13,

Finance (HRM(1) Department, dated 01.07.2014.

6. The Pay and Accounts Officer(I/c), Telangana, Hyderabad shall take

necessary action in the matter accordingly.
