ORDER:
1.  In the G.O. 1 st read above, the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled
Commodities Dealers (Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2008 was
issued requiring the Dealers to take licenses for Food grains, Edible Oils and
Edible Oilseeds, and to maintain stock limits as prescribed under the said
order.
2.  In the G.O. 3rd read above, the A.P. Scheduled Commodities Dealers
(Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2008 was extended for a further
period beyond 30 th  September, 2013 and upto 30.09.2014 as per S.O 2 nd
read above in respect of Pulses, edible oil and edible oil seeds.
3.  In the G.O. 5 th read above, the A.P. Scheduled Commodities Dealers
(Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2008 was extended for a further
period beyond 30.11.2013 and upto 30.11.2014 as per S.O. 4 th read above,
in respect of Paddy and Rice as per S.O. 4 th read above
4.  In the reference 6 th read above, the Govt of India have issued orders
amending the Removal of (Licensing Requirements, Stock limits and
Movement Restrictions) on specified Foodstuffs Order, 2002 extending the
validity period of stock limits and license requirements in respect of
commodities Pulses, Edible Oils and Edible Oil Seeds for a further period of
one year beyond 30.09.2014 and upto 30.09.2015.
5.  Accordingly, the Government, hereby issue orders amending the
orders issued in the reference 3 rd read above extending the validity period
in respect of Pulses, Edible Oil and Edible Oil Seeds beyond 30.09.2014 for
a further period upto 30.09.2015 as per S.O 2559 (E) dated 30.09.2014.
6.  The Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad shall publish the Notification in the Extra-ordinary issue
of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette on 26.11.2014. and send 500 copies of the
notification to this department immediately after publication for record.
7.  The Director of Translation, A.P., Hyderabad shall furnish immediately
the translation of the notification in the regional languages concerned to the
Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad to enable him to publish the same in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette
under intimation to the Government.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential
Commodities Act, 1955 (Central Act 10 of 1955) read with the provisions of
the Removal of (Licensing requirements, Stock limits and Movement
Restrictions) on Specified Foodstuffs Amendment Order, issued vide S.O.
2559 (E) dated 30.9.2014, Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of
Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, New
Delhi, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following
amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Commodities Dealers
(Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2008, issued in G.O.Ms.No.30,
Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies(CS.I) Department dated 8 th
August, 2008 amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the said order, under clause 20 for expression “S.O. 2927 (E)
dtd. 27.09.2013 in respect of Pulses, Edible Oils and Edible Oil Seeds upto
30. 09. 2014” the following shall be substituted.
S.O. 2559 (E) dtd. 30.09.2014 in respect of Pulses, Edible Oils and
Edible Oil Seeds upto 30. 09. 2015”.
