ORDER :
            The Government of India launched  DIRECT BENEFIT TRANSFER FOR LPG (MDBTL) scheme in 54 Districts in the Country.  9 Districts of State of Andhra Pradesh are included in the 54 selected districts.  This is a prestigious scheme, its successful implementation depends upon the coordinated efforts on part of the State / District  Administration and advised the State Governments to constitute an Oversight Committee at State level headed by the Secretary/Commissioner , Food and Civil Supplies (F&CS), and comprising of Secretary, IT / F&CS Officers of the State /OMCs / Bank and UIDAI Regional Office. In the initial phase, the Collectors of implementing District(s) may also be co-opted as a member of the Committee.  The Committee will coordinate the implementation of the scheme and sort out inter departmental problems in Scheme implementation. This Committee would be serviced by State Level Coordinator (SLC) of OMCs.  The GOI has further advised to constitute the District Level MDBTL Implementation Committee headed by the District Collector/District Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner comprising other officials in the District.

2.         Government after careful consideration of the above issue and importance involved therein, Government hereby constitute a State Level Oversight Committee with the following Officials as Members :

(1)       The Ex.Officio Secretary to Government &
            Commissioner, Food and Civil Supplies                          Chairman
(2)       The Secretary to Government, IT Department                Member
(3)       Chief Regional Manager-LPG, HPC L, Hyderabad        Member
(4)       Dy. General Manager (LPG) IOCL, Hyderabad              Member
(5)       Territory Manager (LPG) BPCL, Hyderabad                   Member
(6)       Nodal Officer, SLBC, Hyderabad                                      Member
(7)       Dy.Director General, UIDAI, Hyderabad                         Member
(8)       State Level Coordinator for Oil Industry , Secundrabad Member-Convenor

(9)       District Collector, Anantapuramu,/Chittoor/YSR Cuddapah/East Godavari /Guntur/Krishna /Prakasam /Srikakulam and West Godavari are co-opted as Members in the Committee as the above scheme is implementing the above districts in the State of Andhra Pradesh. 

(10)     Dr.P.V.Ramesh, Principal Secretary (RE) Finance Department will act as Member and Nodal Officer in this Committee for implementation of the Scheme from State Government side.

3.         The above Committee will coordinate the implementation of the Scheme in the State and it will sort out inter departmental problems if any.

4.         The Commissioner of Civil Supplies, A.P. Hyderabad is requested to take further necessary action in the matter.
