ORDER: -
In the G.O. fifth read above, orders were issued notifying that the fixation of the fee and special fee structure for the course of B.P. Ed and U.G.D.P. Ed in Private Un aided Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the block period 2013-14 to 2015-16 shall be postponed to the next academic year i.e., 2014-15 and to continue the existing fee structure i.e., the fee structure as notified in G.O.Ms.No.48 SE(Genl II) Department dated 06.08.2010 for B.P.Ed and U.G.D.P.Ed Courses.
 

2. The Member Secretary, Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee, Hyderabad in his letter sixth read above has stated that the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee has recommended fee more than Rs.13,500/- in respect of (7) B,P.Ed. Colleges indicated at Annexure-1 and also recommended fee of more than Rs.12,000/- in respect of (3) U.G.D.P.Ed. Colleges indicated at Annexure-2.
 

3. Government after careful examination have decided to accept the resolutions/ recommendations of the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee and accordingly, in partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O. fourth read above, the following notification will be published in the Extra Ordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 05-11-2014:-

                                                 NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983 (AP Act 5/1983) and the Andhra Pradesh(Regulation of Admissions in Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed), and Under Graduate Diploma in Physical Education (U.G.D.P.Ed) Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2007 issued in the G.Os 2nd and 3rd read above, and in pursuance of the resolution of the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee in their meeting held on dated 28.05.2014,and in partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.55, Education (SEGenl. II) Department, date: 25.09.2013. the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby notifies the following fee and special fee structure for the course of B.P.Ed and U.G.D.P.Ed in Private Un-aided Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the academic years 2014-15 to 2016-17:-


(i) The Tuition Fee is fixed for (7) B.P.Ed Colleges, listed in Annexure-1 as indicated against each college, per annum for each student.
 

(ii) The Tuition Fee is fixed for (3) U.G.D.P.Ed Colleges, listed in Annexure-2 as indicated against each college, per annum for each student.
 

(iii) Special fee is fixed at Rs. 3500/- (Three thousand five hundred Rupees only)Per annum for each student for each course as specified below under different heads for all the Private Un-aided B.P.Ed/U.G.D.P.Ed Colleges in the State for the Academic Years 2014-15 to 2016-17:-
 

Special fee for B.P.Ed./U.G.D.P.Ed. Courses:

Consequently, the following directions are also given to the concerned private Un-aided (Minority and non-Minority) B.P.Ed and U.G.D.P.Ed colleges.

i) The Institutions shall not charge any capitation fee or any amount unauthorized or illegally under any other head or guise (e.g., donation etc,),either directly or indirectly, other than the fee fixed by the committee, as collection of any such unauthorized amounts would amount to charging of Capitation fee, and that the must be for the benefit of the Institution, and cannot be diverted for other purposes o r for personal gain.
 

ii) The Institutions are informed that the fixation of fee Structure by the Committee will not by itself enable or permit the managements to run the relevant courses in their institutions, if they are otherwise not duly recognized and permitted by the Government or or NCTE / Concerned University / Government Department at any relevant time.
 

iii) The enhanced fee now being in respect of institutions whose proposals have been evaluated based on the details / figures furnished by them to AFRC is subject to further physical verification. If it is found that the data given by the institution is not correct, the fee shall be subject to change at a later date and this fact shall be informed to the University or Competent Authority concerned for taking necessary action in accordance with law.
 

iv) The institutions for whom tuition fee is not fixed shall not be entitled to collect any tuition fee during the block period 2014-15 to 2016-17.
