ORDER :

          In the G.O., 1^st read above, Government approved a panel of officers fit  for promotion to the category of District Educational Officers / Deputy Directors of School Education, for the panel year 2013-14.  In the said Panel, name of Sri D.V.Suprakash, Assistant Director, was included at Sl. No. 1, subject to condition that his promotion should be deferred until termination of disciplinary proceedings.  Subsequently, in the reference 2^nd read above, further action has been dropped against him in the disciplinary proceedings pending against him.  In the reference 3^rd read above, the C&DSE, has requested the Govt. to take necessary action for promotion in respect of Sri D.V.Suprakash.      

2.      After careful examination of the matter and keeping in view the orders of Hon’ble A.P.A.T., in the reference 4^th read above, Government hereby temporarily promote Sri D.V.Suprakash, Assistant Director, o/o Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad,  to the post of District Educational Officer / Deputy Director of School Education under Category 1 of Class II of APES,  in terms of Rule 10 (a) of AP State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996. 

3.      Consequent on promotion, Sri D.V.Suprakash is posted as District Educational Officer, Kurnool, in the vacancy caused due to transfer of Sri K.Nageswara Rao in the G.O.5^th read above.   

4.      The promotion ordered in para 2 above is purely on temporary basis and the incumbent is liable to be reverted at any point of time without any notice and without assigning any reason therefor.  The promotion is subject to outcome of Court cases pending, if any, before the APAT / High Court / Supreme Court of India.

5.      The promotee officer shall join in the new post within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which he shall forfeit his right for promotion for the present and future promotions as per orders in force.

6.      The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
