ORDER:

The following notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:18.11.2014.

PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

The following amendments to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Employees Service Rules, 1989, issued in G.O.Ms.No.1060, Revenue (Endts.I) Department, dated the 24th October, 1989 and published in the rules Supplement to Part-I, Extraordinary of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated the 26th October, 1989, and as amended, subsequently from time to time which it is proposed to be made in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 106 and sub-section (4) of section 107 read with section 153 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Act 30 of 1987) is hereby published for the general information in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette as required under sub-section (1) of section 153 of the said Act.

2. Notice is hereby given that the aforesaid proposal will be taken into consideration by the Government, after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before the expiry of the aforesaid period may be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Objections and suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.

AMENDMENTS

In the said Rules, in Annexure-II, under Branch “IX.Garden Department”,-

(1) against the post of “Garden Superintendent” at Sl.No.1, for the qualification entry (i) in column (4), against the method of recruitment by promotion in column (3), the following shall be substituted, namely :-

“ Must possess a 4 (four) years Degree Qualification in Horticulture from any recognized University.”

(2) against the post of Farm Manager Grade –I (Horticulture) at Sl.No.2,-

(i) for the qualification entry (i) in column (4), against the method of recruitment by direct in column (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Must possess a 4 (four) years Degree Qualification in Horticulture from any recognized University.”

(ii) for the qualification entry (i) in column (4), against the method of recruitment by promotion in column (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Must possess a 4 (four) years Degree Qualification in Horticulture from any recognized University.”

(3) against the post of Farm Manager Grade – II (Horticulture) at Sl.No.3, for the qualification entry (i) in column (4), against the method of recruitment by direct in column (3), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“Must possess a 4 (four) year Degree Qualification in Horticulture from any recognized University.”
