ORDER:-
The Commissioner, Endowments Department, Hyderabad in his
letter 2nd read above has stated that the posts of Executive Officer
Grade-II in Zone-II earmarked for promotion from Executive Officer
Grade-III and appointment by transfer from the Departmental Senior
Assistants have fallen vacant due to non availability of eligible /
qualified candidates for promotion from the category of Executive
Officer Grade-III and non-opting by Departmental Senior Assistants for
transfer of service. He has also stated that 34 vacancies of Executive
Officers Grade-II have fallen vacant and administration of institutions
has become difficult due to lack of sufficient number of Executive
Officers. He has also informed that it is necessary to fill these (34)
vacancies of Executive Officers Grade-II from the feeder category
of Senior Assistants of the temple employees for better management
of religious institutions along with its prosperities and to reduce the
expenditure of their salaries from institutional funds.
2. The Commissioner, Endowments Department, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad has therefore requested the Government to accord
permission for filling up of 34 vacancies of Executive Officer Grade-II
in Zone-II earmarked to Executive Officers Grade-III and Senior
Assistants of A.P. Ministerial Service in Endowments Department
respectively from the feeder category of Senior Assistants working in
the institutions published under Section 6 of the Endowments Act
30/87 other than Regional Joint Commissioner and Deputy
Commissioner cadre institutions.
3. Government after careful examination, hereby accord
permission to the Commissioner, Endowments Department, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad for filling up of (34) vacancies of Executive Officer
Grade-II in Zone-II earmarked to Executive Officers Grade-III and
Senior Assistants of A.P. Ministerial Service in Endowments
Department respectively from the feeder category of Senior Assistants
working in the institutions published under Section 6 of the
Endowments Act, 30/87 other than Regional Joint Commissioner and
Deputy Commissioner cadre institutions in relaxation of rule 3 of
Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and
Endowments Subordinate Service Rules issued in the G.O. 1st read
above in the interest of better administration of religious institutions.
4. The Commissioner, Endowments Department, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter.
