O R D E R:
In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued that an amount of Rs.3.00 Lakhs each shall be paid to the Member of Council of Ministers, Government Chief Whip, Government Whips and Deputy Chairman, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council for purchase of furniture to their residences (Government
Quarters/Private Accommodation).

2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs only) towards payment of Rs.3.00 Lakhs to each of the Government Chief Whip, (2) Government Whips and Deputy Chairman, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council for purchase of furniture as detailed in the Annexure to this order.

3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to Head of Account “4216 – Capital outlay on Housing – 01 – Govt. Residential Buildings – MH 106 – General Pool Accommodation schemes included in the plan – GH 11 Normal State Plan – SH (04) Residential Accommodation – 530 – Major Works – 531 – Other Expenditure” in the Financial year 2014-15.

4. The Executive Engineer (R&B) Central Buildings Division, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amount to the Government Chief Whip, and Government Whips ( 2) and Deputy Chairman, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council.

5. The P.A to Government Chief Whip, Government Whips (2), and Deputy Chairman, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council of Government of Andhra Pradesh concerned shall submit a list of the furniture purchased by the dignitaries along with the bills to G.A.(Poll.C) Department/ Chief Engineer (R&B) Buildings, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. The Executive Engineer (R&B) Central Building shall maintain the inventory of the furniture purchased.

6. The Ministers shall leave the furniture back in the Government quarters when they leave and the Ministers residing in private accommodation shall hand over the furniture to the Department of Protocol, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their PFs.No. 7594/PFS (R&E)2014, Dated: 30 -09 -2014.
