1. The transfer orders of Sri D. Govindaiah, Deputy Director of Fisheries, Kakinada, East Godavari district is cancelled and retained at Kakinada.

2 The transfer orders of Sri M. Balarama Murthy, Deputy Director of Fisheries, Guntur is cancelled and retained at Guntur.

Government hereby effect the transfer and postings of the following Deputy Directors of Fisheries in the Fisheries Department on administrative grounds.

1. Sri V.V. Krishna Murthy, Deputy Director of Fisheries, Eluru, West Godavari District is transferred and posted as Deputy Director of Fisheries, Office of Commissioner of Fisheries, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the existing

vacancy.

2. Sri D. Govindaiah, Deputy Director of Fisheries, Kakinada, East Godavari district is transferred and posted as Deputy Director of Fisheries, Machilipatnam, Krishna District vice Sri T. Kalyanam is transferred.

3. On transfer, Sri T. Kalyanam, Deputy Director of Fisheries, Machilipatnam, Krishna district is posted as Deputy Director of Fisheries, Guntur vice Sri M. Balarama Murthy is transferred.

4. On transfer, Sri M. Balarama Murthy, Deputy Director of Fisheries is posted as Deputy Director of Fisheries, Nellore against the existing vacancy of Joint Director of Fisheries.

2.  The posting orders of Sri M. Balarama Murthy, Deputy Director of Fisheries does not confer any right over the post of Joint Director and it is only working arrangements and

the officer shall perform the duties of Joint Director of Fisheries and claim the salary of Deputy Director of Fisheries only.

Government hereby order the following transfers:

1. Dr. Y. Simhachalam, Joint Director (AH), Guntur is transferred and posted as Joint Director of Animal Husbandry, Vizianagaram on his own request vice Dr. J.S.S.M. Sridhar Kumar, JD(AH) transferred.

2. On transfer, Dr. J.S.S.M. Sridhar Kumar, Joint Director (AH), Vizianagaram is posted as Joint Director, Nellore in the existing vacancy.

3. Dr. T. Damodar Naidu, Joint Director (AH), Vijayawada is placed in Full additional charge of the post of Joint Director of Animal Husbandry, Guntur until further orders.

2. Dr. Y. Simhachalam, Joint Director (AH) is not eligible for any TTA and joining time etc., as transfer is at his own request.
