ORDER:
In the references 1st and 2nd read above, the Commissioner,
Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad has submitted proposal for Upgradation of Mother and Child Hospital, Siddipet, Medak District from 50 bedded to 100 bedded Hospital with an estimated cost of Rs.4.35 crores (recurring Rs.3.32 crores and Non-recurring Rs.1.03 crores).

2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative sanction for Up-gradation of Mother and Child Hospital, Siddipet, Medak District from 50 bedded to 100 bedded Hospital with an estimated cost of Rs.4.35 crores (Rupees four crores and thirty five lakhs only) (Recurring Rs.3.32 crores and Non-recurring Rs.1.03
crores). The approved breakup of above expenditure is summarized below:

             (A) Non-Recurring expenditure:

                    Equipment - Rs.1.03 crores
            (B) Recurring Expenditure:

              1) Salaries - Rs. 2.82 crores(per year)
              2) Drugs - Rs. 0.14 crores(per year)
              3) Surgical - Rs. 0.11 crores(per year)
              4) Diet - Rs. 0.07 crores(per year)
              5) Sanitation - Rs. 0.18 crores(per year)

                                    Rs.3.32 crores(per year)
              
              Grand Total (A+B) Rs.4.35 Crores 

3. The Commissioner, Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Telangana State, Hyderabad shall take necessary action for Up-gradation of Mother and Child Hospital, Siddipet, Medak District from 50 bedded to 100 bedded Hospital with immediate effect. The Commissioner, Vaidya Vidhana
Parishad, Telangana, Hyderabad shall prepare plans for the Civil works and essential equipment required for the Mother and Child Hospital in consultation with the Managing Director of Telangana Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation and ensure their implementation. The Commissioner, Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Telangana
State, Hyderabad shall also furnish the required additional staff particulars in due course for which orders will be issued separately. 

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.V M&H) Department vide their U.O.No.5197/91/A2/EBS.V/14, dated:21-10-2014.
