ORDER:
In the letter 1st and 2nd read above, invitation have been extended to the Hon’ble Chief Minister to be the Special Guest at Annual South Asian Conference, Singapore to
address keynote speech and to attend other programmes. Meeting with High Commission of India, Business Conference and meeting with other companies and Investment Promotions.

2. In the G.O. 3rd read above, delegation led by the Hon’ble Chief Minister have been permitted to visit Singapore from 11th November, 2014 to 14th November, 2014 to attend
the Annual South Asian Conference.

3. In the letter 5th read above, the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi have conveyed their NO OBJECTION FROM POLITICAL ANGLE for the
proposed visit of the above dignitaries.

4. In continuation of the G.O. 3rd read above, the following members are also permitted to visit Singapore during the period from 11th November, 2014 to 14th November, 2014
(excluding travel time).

5. The expenditure of the above tour shall be borne by the General Administration Department under the relevant Head of Account during the current financial year 2014-2015.

6. The delegation is entitled for TA and DA during the above tour as per extant rules any, excess or shortfall owing to fluctuations in exchange rate of Indian Rupee shall be
adjusted after the tour is over. 

7. The Indian Embassy at Singapore is requested to arrange accommodation and local transport etc for the delegation and the expenditure incurred as such will be paid by the
State Government. 

8. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their C.No:1677/PFS/2014, Dated:05-11-2014.
