Tentative Action Plan for printing programme - Orders – Issued.

ORDER:-
In the reference 2nd read above, the Director, Telangana Government Text
Book Press, Hyderabad has informed that the Government have constituted the
State level Tender Committee for opening the tenders and for taking decision in
connection with procurement of paper and entrustment of printing work to private
web offset printers in the reference 1st read above and he has requested the
Government to constitute the State Level Tender Committee for Telangana State.

2) After careful consideration of the proposal, Government hereby constitute the
following State Level Committee for approval of tentative action plan for printing
programme for every academic year and permission for printing programme basing
on the requirement:

 1) Prl.Secretary/Secretary to Government,  School Education Department ... Chair Person

 2) Principla Secretary /Secretary, Finance Department ... Member

 3) Principla Secretary / Secretary,  Industries Department ... Member

 4) Director of School Education, Hyderabad ... Member

 5) Commissioner, Printing & Stationery,  Home Department ... Member

 6) Director, Telangana Govt.Text Book Press, Hyd ... Convener


3) The Director, Telangana Govt.Text Book Press, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action accordingly.

Book Press, Hyderabad has informed that the Government have constituted the State
level Tender Committee for opening the tenders and for taking decision in connection
with procurement of paper and entrustment of printing work to private web offset
printers in the reference 1st read above and he has requested the Government to
constitute the State Level Tender Committee for Telangana State.

2) After careful consideration of the proposal, Government hereby constitute the
following Technical Level Tender Committee:

1) Commissioner and Director of School Education ... Chair Person

2) Commissioner, Printing and Stationery Home Department   ... Member

3) Director, Text Book Press, Hyderabad ... Member

for approval of
 i) Tender Notification and Tender documents for every academic year
(ii) to open the technical bids of the tenders quoted
(iii) to approve the qualified bidders of tenders quoted enable to open the price bids
(iv) Opening of price bids, negotiation with tenders quoted and finalization of tenders
(v) Any other decision on problems if arises incompleting the printing programme and supplying of NT books to the shool point.

3) The Director, Telangana Govt.Text Book Press, Hyderabad shall take necessary
action accordingly keeping in view of the rules / procedures of State Government for
tenders and any other guidelines like CVC guidelines etc.
