2. From the Managing Director, State Christian (Minorities) Finance Corporation, Hyderabad Lr.No. 1100/CMFC/Con-II/2014,dt. 30.06.2014 and dt.18.08.2014.
3. From the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corp. Ltd., Hyderabad Lr.No. LPS/1269/ TGSC/2014, dt. 05.09.2014.
4. Representation of United Christmas Celebrations Committee-2014, Dated 18.12.2014.

ORDER:
In the Government Order 1st read above, Government have issued orders directing that all non- statutory concessions granted to Scheduled Castes (Hindus) by the State Government including economic support schemes sanctioned by Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation be extended to Scheduled castes converts to Christianity and to Buddhism.

2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Managing Director, State Christian (Minorities) Finance Corporation, Hyderabad, among others, has requested to include the BC-C (Converted Christians from SC community) Community also in the Scheme of 3 Acres land distribution to landless poor SCs. 

3. In the letter 3rd read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad among others,
has requested the Government to kindly examine and clarify whether the SC converted Christians(BC-C) are to be considered under the Land Purchase Scheme on par with the Hindu Daliths/SCs or not. 

4. Government after careful examination of the matter in detail, have decided to extend all non- statutory concessions granted to Scheduled Castes (Hindus) by the State Government to Scheduled Castes Converted to Christianity.

5. Government further clarify and reiterate that the statutory benefits such as reservation in educational institutions, reservation in public services, etc., for Scheduled Castes are applicable only to Scheduled Castes with reference to the
Constitution (Scheduled Castes ) order 1950. The Scheduled Castes converts to Christianity shall not be eligible for statutory benefits.
