ORDER:
In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, has stated that Sri Nalla Lingaiah, Office subordinate, GHS, Huzurabad, Karimanagar District, expired while in service on 18.09.2012. Sri Nalla Sadaiah, son of deceased employee has applied for the post of Office Subordinate on compassionate grounds in relaxation of upper age limit, since he has crossed the age of 38 years exceeding two years six months at the time of death of his father.

2. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order that Sri Nalla Sadaiah, S/o.Late Sri N.Lingaiah, be considered for appointment to the post of Office subordinate on compassionate grounds, in relaxation of
orders issued in Circular Memo.60681/Ser.A/2003-1, General Administration (Ser.A) Dept., Dt.12.08.2003, relating to upper age limit, on humanitarian grounds, as a special case, subject to fulfil other eligibility criteria for such
compassionate appointment.

3. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
