In the reference 1 st read above Sri K.Basavaiah, Dist & Sessions Judge (Retd),

Grade.II was appointed as Chief Legal Advisor on contract basis in the O/o A.C.B., A.P., Hyderabad. His term was extended w.e.f. 01.04.2014 for a further period of one year on a remuneration of last pay drawn (-) pension without any allowances & without applicability of G.O.Ms.No.145, F&P (FW.PSC) Department, dated: 16.10.2000 in the G.O. 3 rd read above.

2. The Director General, ACB, AP, in the letters 4 th read above has requested for payment of remuneration to Sri K.Basavaiah, Dist & Sessions Judge (Retd) , Grade.II, presently working as Chief Legal Advisor on par with the pay & allowances of a District Judge or as in the case of retired Government servant i.e. last pay drawn (-) pension with all the allowances in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 145, F&P (FW.PSC) Department, dated 16.10.2000 or at least on par with the Legal Officers, as the said (retd) Officer carrying with it onerous responsibilities & duties.

3. The matter has been examined in detail. Government after careful consideration have decided to permit the Director General, ACB AP, for payment of remuneration to Sri K.Basavaiah, Dist & Sessions Judge (Retd) , Grade.II now working as Chief Legal Advisor in the O/o ACB as in the case of retired, Government Servant i.e., last pay drawn (-) pension with all the allowances in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 145, F&P (FW.PSC) Department, dated 16.10.2000, w.e.f the prospective date of issue of present Government Order.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HR.I) Department vide their U.O.No.1475/44/A3/HR.I/15, dated:11.02.2015.

Government hereby appoint Smt. V. Usha Kiran Reddy, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of VII Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC),Guntur, for a period of (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the termination of her services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) per month, issued in G.O 2^nd read above. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in G.O. first read above.

2. The date of joining should be intimated to Government.

3. The following Notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette;

NOTIFICATION

Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint Smt. V. Usha Kiran Reddy, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of VII Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC),Guntur, for a period of (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the termination of her services, which ever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.174, Law (L.3) Department, dated: 31.01.2014. The conditions of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O. Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 06.12.2000.

4. The Additional Director Prosecution (FAC), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary follow up action in the matter.

After careful examination, Government hereby designate Sri S.S.Rawat, I.A.S., Secretary to Government, and Commissioner for Industrial Promotion, Industries & Commerce Department as Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Krishnapatnam International Leather Complex Private Limited (KPILC), Nellore in place of Sri J.S.V. Prasad, I.A.S., the then Principal Secretary to Government, Industries & Commerce Department,w.e.f.,12.01.2015.

4. The Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Leather Industries Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited shall take necessary action accordingly.
