ORDER:

In the reference 5 th read above, the Chief Engineer (R&B), Buildings, has

informed that an Architect Wing is available for planning of the Buildings and

layout of the premises as per the requirement of the user Department. During

the bifurcation of the combined state, the Architect wing is allocated to

Telangana State i.e., only 3 Nos of SAA staff of the AEE rank with Architecture

qualification. Hence, an advisor Architecture Wing with Building and Planning

experience is necessary and advised to appoint Sri Suddala Sudhakar Teja as an

advisor Architecture Wing with Building and Planning on payment of

remuneration of Rs.75,000/- per month with an official Vehicle, for his inspection

of site for planning the building as per the user requirement, phone and other

requirements.

2.  Government after careful examination of the matter, here by appoint

Sri Suddala Sudhakar Teja, as Advisor to Govt., Architecture Building and

Planning wing of R&B Department, with the following Terms and Conditions:-

1. The term of appointment shall be for a period of one year with effect

from the day, he assumes charge of the post.

2. He shall be paid remuneration including all allowances of Rs.75.000/-

per month.

3. He will be provided with a Government vehicle with driver or suitable

vehicle on hire basis as per existing Government rules, for official

purpose for inspection of site.

4. One  Government  Phone  shall  be  provided  along  with  office

accommodation to function.

3.  The Chief Engineer (R&B), Buildings, Telangana State Hyderabad, shall

take necessary action in the matter accordingly.

4.  This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HRM.I) Deptt., vide

their U.O.No.999-A/30/A3/HRM-I/2015,Dt.28.01.2015.
