IAS., and Smt. A. Vani Prasad, IAS., have tendered
their resignation as Directors of
Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare
Corporation Limited on their being allotted to Telangana Cadre.
3. Consequent of resignation of Sri
M. Dana Kishore, IAS., and Smt. A. Vani Prasad, IAS., to the post of
Director, of Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation Limited,
Government hereby appoint the following
officers who are subscribers to original
Memorandum and Articles of Association of Company, as Directors, Andhra
